This is a well written book, but it is for situational anxiety. If you have anxiety 24/7 (like I do), with no one trigger, this will leave you a crying mess on the floor. I've struggled with anxiety for 10+ years, been on medication, regular visits to a therapist and I can say that none of that has been as effective to me as this book. Jennifer Shannon was inside my head throughout the entirety of this book, I often caught myself saying things out loud in disbelief at how much I could relate. Not only could I relate, but her way of changing your thinking was something I feel as though could actually help me on a long term basis. It's also a great read for anyone with loved ones who have anxiety, really helps you understand the struggles.
